Applicable Students: This applies to general students and student loan recipients who have already provided their financial account information (with an annual household income of NT$1.2 million or above).
Details on Fee Adjustments and Refunds: For information on the details and methods of additional payments or refunds after the add/drop period, please log in to the Tuition Refund Inquiry System and click on “Details” after logging in from the top-right corner.
Additional Tuition Payment:
Payment period: May 5 to May 16.
Please make payments through the CTBC Bank website (https://school.ctbcbank.com). Payment can be made by credit card, ATM transfer, or by printing the payment slip and paying at any of the four major convenience stores, CTBC Bank branches, or post office counters. (Please allow 3 business days for the payment to be processed.)
Students who fail to complete the payment will not be able to participate in early course registration for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, and graduating students will not be able to complete their graduation clearance procedures.
Tuition Refund:
All refunds will be transferred directly to the student’s designated bank account. No cash refunds will be issued.
The first batch of refunds was remitted on April 18. The second batch will be remitted on May 9 for students who have already provided their account information. Students who have not registered their account will not receive a refund in this round. Please refer to the instructions below to complete your account registration as soon as possible.
Final refund batch for this semester: Please complete your financial account registration via the Tamkang Smart Payment Platform (https://finfo.ais.tku.edu.tw/pmt) by June 24, 2025. After registration, submit the following documents to the Cashier Section: (1) Refund Authorization Form (2) A copy of your bankbook cover You may drop them in the refund drop box outside office hours. Refunds will be processed on July 4, 2025, upon approval.
If you miss the deadline, refunds will not be issued this semester. Please visit the Office of Finance next semester to process your refund. Assistance with the remittance will be provided.
If the refund amount is less than NT$100 and the account is not with the post office, the refund will be temporarily withheld due to the NT$30 remittance fee, which makes it uneconomical. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Finance.
