This micromodule is designed to emphasize “International Mobility” and “Global Citizenship Literacy” through a curriculum that highlights global issues and multicultural understanding. It offers a learning journey that fosters social awareness, engagement, and innovation. The program also introduces diverse perspectives for interdisciplinary education while addressing the rapid societal transformations driven by advancements on the internet and in areas regarding AI technologies. Its eventual goal is to develop STEAM professionals with strong international mobility skills and a deep sense of global citizenship.
Application requirements are simple: all undergraduate students currently enrolled at the university with an interest in the related fields of this micromodule are welcome to apply. Those who pass the certification review will be awarded the “Certificate of Interdisciplinary Micromodules, Tamkang University.”
Additionally, credits from designated courses within this micromodule, taken prior to application, can be included in the credit review for program completion.
