Program Description
1. The above-mentioned program aims to cultivate young talent in international affairs by equipping participants with global perspectives and competencies. Each year, five students from Hualien County are subsidized to study abroad in language and culture programs, thereby enriching their international learning experiences and enhancing their understanding of international affairs.
2. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
(1)Applicants must be students from senior high school to second-year undergraduate level (excluding in-service students) who have been registered residents of Hualien County for at least 10 years as of March 31, 2026.
(2)Applicants must have an average academic score of at least 80 in the most recent semester.
(3)Applicants who have previously been admitted to and participated in this program (including the Germany study tour) or the Education Hope Project government-sponsored study abroad program are not eligible to apply again.
3. Application deadline: From now until April 27, 2026 (Monday) (based on postmark date). Applications not received prior to the document review stage will be considered incomplete. Submissions via postal agencies are not accepted.
4. Other matters shall be handled in accordance with the program brochure.
