I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Directive No. 1142505153 dated January 22, 2026, and the Taipei Representative Office in Poland’s official letter No. 1141211081 dated December 5, 2025.
II. Applicants who intend to apply are requested to prepare three sets of the application documents in accordance with Item 8 of the Application Guidelines and submit them to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs by 12:00 p.m., March 11, 2026. Applicants must also scan all documents into a single PDF file and email it to the contact person (International and Cross-Strait Exchange Section, Danny Hsu: 607194@o365.tku.edu.tw ) for consolidation. Both hard copies and the electronic file must be arranged in the order specified in Item 8 of the Guidelines. Late submissions or applications with incomplete or incorrect documents will not be accepted. Please do not submit application materials directly to the Ministry of Education.
