I. This notice is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Directive No. 1152500393 dated February 2, 2026, and Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Prague’s official letter No. 11542200140 dated January 20, 2026.
II. Details regarding the scholarship benefits, eligibility criteria, and selection process are provided in the attached guidelines. Our university will select and recommend outstanding eligible students to participate in the interview. Each university may recommend up to five (5) candidates.
III. Applicants who intend to apply are requested to prepare three sets of the application documents in accordance with Item 7 of the Application Guidelines and submit them to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs by 10:00 a.m., February 23, 2026. Applicants must also scan all documents into a single PDF file and email it to the contact person (International and Cross-Strait Exchange Section, Danny Hsu: 607194@o365.tku.edu.tw) for consolidation. Both hard copies and the electronic file must be arranged in the order specified in Item 7 of the Guidelines. Late submissions or applications with incomplete or incorrect documents will not be accepted. Please do not submit application materials directly to the Ministry of Education.
