Program Description
1. The activity is jointly organized by the Taiwan Digital Diplomacy Association (TDDA) and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), with the aim of cultivating young Taiwanese talent in diplomacy and international affairs, and enhancing their leadership and practical skills. This workshop is an intensive training program that develops participants’ strategic thinking, negotiation, consensus-building, cross-cultural communication, and conflict resolution skills through hands-on diplomacy simulations. Participants will take part in three professional training sessions to learn how to design, facilitate, and moderate diplomatic simulations, and will also have the opportunity to engage in interactive training at AIT and communicate face-to-face with AIT officers. Upon completion of the training, participants will jointly organize a student-led diplomacy simulation to practically apply the skills they have acquired.
