    Description:

    1. To enhance Taiwanese youth’s understanding of the government's overseas community affairs, broaden their international horizons, and build a bridge between youth and overseas communities, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has implemented the "Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program" since 2017. The program selects Taiwanese youth to participate in overseas study tours and internships.

    2. The program will continue in 2026. We are seeking to select students currently enrolled in domestic colleges and universities, aged 18 to 30, who hold Republic of China (Taiwan) citizenship. Selected participants will travel to seven different countries/regions for a 7-day study tour during the summer vacation. Key activities include overseas community affairs internships, community engagement, cultural activities, youth exchange, visits to mainstream institutions, marketing Taiwan, and creative arts projects.

    3. Attached please find the "2026 OCAC Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program Brochure" and a digital poster. For further details, please visit the official OCAC website under the section "Overseas Community Research / Taiwan Youth Overseas Emissary Program / 2026 Program" (URL: https://reurl.cc/dqg262 )

    4. The activity is connected with Sustainable Development Goals, the United Nations: SDG4 (Quality Education) and SDG17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
