Lecure by prof. E. Freund Larus on US-China relations
Professor Elizabeth Freund Larus is the Professor Emeritus of Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Mary Washington in Virginia, USA, and President of E Larus Consulting LLC. She is a renowned expert in the area of domestic politics and foreign relations of China, Taiwan, and Japan. She gave a lecture about US-China relations and spoke about 1. Declining government and public views of China in the US; 2. The significance of the Congressional Select Committee on China; 3. Speculation over the balloons allegedly from China floating over the US. The class consisted of two parts: lecture and discussion. Students were very interested in the topic and had lots of questions. Some of them even stayed after the class to talk to professor Larus.
