The Kenan Hill Tour and Opening Ceremony are important gatherings for undergraduate freshmen. Unless there are force majeure circumstances or a doctor's certificate that you are not suitable to attend, you must apply for leave from the Student Counseling Office B402 with a doctor's certificate before September 30 .
Those who did not participate (including those on personal leave or abroad) must make up the service course before November 30 , with each activity requiring one hour of make-up. Those who fail to complete the course by the deadline will be given a warning in accordance with the school's student award regulations.
