1. This announcement is issued in accordance with the Ministry of Education Directive No. 1142502292A, dated November 4, 2025.
2. The guidelines and related application forms are provided in the attachments for reference.
3. There is no limit on the number of nominations.
4.Please submit the following materials to Department by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026:
(1) Email the Student Information Form (Word format) .
(2) Submit hard copies of the remaining application materials (including the Student Information Form, the Nomination List, and all supporting documents).
