1.Course review applications must be submitted and reviewed online. Applications will not be accepted outside the designated system access period.

The system will be open during the following periods:

(1) Student Application Period: November 2–November 20, 2026.

(2) Department Review Period: November 2–November 27, 2026.

3.For detailed system instructions, please refer to the homepage of the system. The application and review process is summarized as follows:

(1) Students select the courses to be submitted for review in the system and check whether they have completed the required courses.

(2) Department assistants review the courses submitted by students and confirm whether the course requirements have been fulfilled.

(3) Department chairs review and confirm the results of the department assistants' reviews.

(4) Students check their review results.
