We hope to maintain a good relationship between teachers and students through this event. At the same time, we want to give new students the opportunity to spend more time interacting with senior students and to have substantial discussions with their instructors about learning conditions, future development, and other issues. This will help to address the lack of opportunities to discuss these matters in the classroom. We hope that students (whether new or returning) will gain a clearer understanding of their future direction or have the chance to engage in more in-depth discussions with teachers on specific issues.

The planned schedule for the event is as follows:

18:30-18:40: Event check-in

18:40-18:45: Opening remarks by the director

18:45- 20:15 Official start of the event

20:15-20:30 Group photo and feedback form completion

20:30 Venue restoration
