A. This notice is issued in accordance with the official letter No. 1150000663 dated August 18, 2026, from the Commerce Development Research Institute (CDRI).
B. To provide students with information on studying abroad and the Ministry of Education’s various scholarships and financial assistance programs, the Ministry of Education has commissioned CDRI to implement the “TaiwanGPS Overseas Talent Experience Sharing and International Connection Program.” Scholars with overseas study experience will be invited to share their experiences and provide information and important guidance on scholarships for studying abroad.
C. Event information is as follows:
1.Date and Time: August 29, 2026 (Saturday), 2:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
2.Venue: Multifunction Classroom, 9F, Taipei Public Library Main Library (No. 125, Sec. 2, Jianguo S. Rd., Taipei City).
3.Speakers: Two recipients of the Ministry of Education Scholarship for Overseas Study: a 2021 recipient in the Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Information Technology field, and a 2024 recipient in the Architecture, Planning, and Design field.
